Our conference is designed to bring people together.  Our rates are primarily designed for families. However groups of adult friends are encouraged to take advantage of the family rate as well as long as they arrive together. The registrant must be at least 18 years old and all children must be accompanied by a legal adult guardian. The base rate for registration (either Early Bird, Advanced, or Open depending on the date you register) covers two adults and accompanying children 14 and younger.  Additional adults or kids ages 15 to 17 require an additional $30 each for the weekend.  Individuals attending alone may pre-register using the family/group rate as well.

Vendors can keep booths open beyond these times, but are not required to.

The vendor space will be open to the public (non-attendants) on Friday from 3-6 for a Conference "Open House" where people who are not registered may enter and look around to see if they want to attend Saturday/Sunday, or just to give them access to Vendors.
