Our conference is designed to bring people together. Our rates are primarily designed for families. However groups of adult friends are encouraged to take advantage of the family rate as well as long as they arrive together. The registrant must be at least 18 years old and all children must be accompanied by a legal adult guardian. The base rate for registration (either Early Bird, Advanced, or Open depending on the date you register) covers two adults and accompanying children 14 and younger. Additional adults or kids ages 15 to 17 require an additional $30 each for the weekend. Individuals attending alone may pre-register using the family/group rate as well.
Primitive Tent Camping Space available
$30 for the whole weekend
Attendees are invited to reserve a space for their family's tent or RV. The spaces are on open grass, next two cropland. Tent spaces are not well defined, and there is plenty of room to spread out. Tent spaces will be a minimum of 15 feet x 15 feet. Individual fire pits are not allowed, but there is a communal fire pit. Campers are welcome to scavenge wood from the nearby hiking trail. Portable toilets will be available as well as indoor restrooms. Yard hydrant spigots are also accessible 24-7.
RV Space available, no Hook-Ups, Boondocking style only
$45 for the whole weekend
We welcome vendors of homemade/handmade or homestead related products. Items must be made by vendor, no resale items. We ask our vendors to make sure to arrange their weekend so that their booths are attended during all market hours which are:
3:00-6:00pm Friday and 11:00am-5:00pm Saturday.
Vendors can keep booths open beyond these times, but are not required to.
The vendor space will be open to the public (non-attendants) on Friday from 3-6 for a Conference "Open House" where people who are not registered may enter and look around to see if they want to attend Saturday/Sunday, or just to give them access to Vendors.
The Metal Building has indoor men and women's restrooms with multiple toilet stalls and sinks. There are NO SHOWERS on the premise, however there are are spigots (yard hydrant style) to which a hose may be attached and used for washing needs. We will also have portable restrooms available.
