Built in the 1860s, this beautiful barn was built into the bank of a hill, allowing ground access to both the upper and lower floors. The barn was lovingly renovated beginning in 2010 and completed in 2016. The main floor of the barn can comfortably accommodate around 100 seated guests, and 150 standing guests. The west end boasts a raised stage and we installed twinkle lights in the center of the space. The stage area is designed for performances, but is perfect for a bride and groom table, or a wedding ceremony, presentations, small dance floor, or even karaoke night! Also worth noting is that the natural acoustics of the space are simply phenomenal. Live music sounds incredible in the space! The barn has two large doors which can be opened to allow guests to easily move about the space. The high ceiling and sturdy beams throughout allow for renters to decorate the space anyway they wish.

Built in 1940, The Tobacco Barn is sure to please. This spacious barn was originally built to dry tobacco in, but is now used for a wide number of event. Classically iconic, the big red barn can be seen from the road. The lawn to the side is lovely and flat and lends itself perfectly to a ceremony space with the gorgeous barn in the backdrop. The beams on the inside of the barn are high enough to be out of the way, but low enough to be be easy to wrap with lights or tulle or whatever is needed to make your event that much more special! The barn can very comfortably accommodate as many as 150 seated guests at tables and more if standing. The open air nature of the barn and gaps in the board make it the ideal evening even space in the summer and the breeze will help folks stay nice and cool as they enjoy themselves.
