The Vendor Market space will be on the lawn.  Vendors will be required to bring a canopy tent.  If it looks like significant rain will be in the forecast, we may move the vendor market to the feedlot, which is covered, but on a slight slope, so tables will need to be leveled. We can provide some boards to prop the lower ends of tables.

Additional Information about the Conference and Venue

Homeplace on Green River is a Historic Farm.  The conference will be on the 12 acre campus which has several barns and other buildings that will be used for classes, lectures and workshops. There is a beautiful hiking trail which is open during daylight hours. In the evenings, the "bank barn" will be open and participants may gather to socialize or even play music if people would like to bring instruments.  There are several places where personal electronic devices like phones and tablets may be charged.

  • Camping is restricted to designated areas only
  • The hiking trail is closed after dark
  • Primitive tent camping and boon docking RV only.  No electrical or septic hookups.
    • Please note there is a lovely RV park about 5 miles away with hookups and wifi.  Last we checked, they charge just $35.00 per day, in case you wanted to set up your RV there and take a second vehicle to the conference daily.  Check out their website HERE.
  • Campers may bring their own gas powered, charcoal, or electric stoves, but may not make fires at their campsite. (There is a communal fire pit that may be enjoyed by all during the evenings)
